UNITED IN DUE SEASON

Such happiness, such joy I knew

As I held your life within me

Awaiting that precious moment

When within my arms you would be.

Now, Dear God, I’m not quite sure

Why that moment for some reason

Was denied me.

So now Lord, please guard and keep my child

Until we are united in due season.
